fairly new to Dynamics and still full of questions. This one is about item reservations. We have goods that are reserved for certain customers but maybe used - with prior approval for other customers.
How do we reserve them?
From what I have observed, if I place a blanket sales order, I can /reserve: the items, but then anyone can delete that reservation. Is there a function that allows only the person who created the reservation to undo it?
Is there a way in Dynamics, without extensive & expensive customisation, to link an item to a customer - but then again allow with prior approval the use by others?
