Insert Notes as Description to Document Number in Aged Trial Balance with Options-Detail

I am trying to insert the Note (from SY03900 aka SY_record_Notes_MSTR) in the Aged Trial Balance with Options-Detail to serve as the description of the Document Number.

I can't find a relation from the current tables defined to the above table.  Has anyone done this or how can i do this? Thanks,
