Hi All,
I have recently had to transition some users away from having active Dynamics 365 licences. We do still have users with licences assigned and actively using Dynamics, but these users may not have created all leads stored in our instance.
When removing these licences, I was given a message suggesting that data would be deleted following the end of a Disabled, and then, Deprovisioned state.
My query is how this process affects records created by previous and current users:

Does maintaining at least one active licence on the Dynamics instance ensure all data is retained (including data entered form deprovisioned users)?
Yes
Will leads entered by users who have had their Dynamics 365 licences removed (while still maintaining an active Office 365 subscription) be removed after the deprovision period?
No
Will leads entered by users who have their Office 365 account fully removed/deprovisioned be removed from our Dynamics instance?
No
