CRM 2011 upgrade to CRM 2013: upgrade success but access failed

I was trying to upgrade a crm 2011 to crm 2013, the upgrade was a success without any errors, but when I try to login I was getting error like "solution Id 'GUID' is missing from the system", did anyone experienced this issue?
