batch number , site and warehouse Cant Reflect in direct delivery

hello every one  , 

when i create sales order and do direct delivery a purchase order created , with the same batch number , warehouse and site  
but now  
i want change  batch number , warehouse and site  in this sales order and reflect it to this Purchase Order   ?? 
and help ?

    when i open sales line and press Inventory  Button to remove Marking  This message show
