Hi All,

Inventory management ->Items ->onhand

My requirement is i need to create a new form with itemid ,name,PhysicalInventory.In that form physical inventory field should be calculated totally and display a single value .For your reference i have attached the screenshot I need to know the exact class which is used to create Inventoryonhand form . You can see that for a particular item we can find more physical inventory value I need to sum up and display in oneline.

Hi Michael,

If your requirement is to show the inventory per item, you can use the Dimension display option to deselect the dimensions. Then it is summed per total item.

You can open a general on hand form in the Inquiries section of the Inventory menu.

Hi Andre,

Thanks for your reply doing as a functional thing it work as per your suggestion but my side i want to create a new form with item ,name,physical inventory. i dono how to retrieve physical inventory value .the value depends on warehouse or location?? I need to do changes in Inventonhand class for getting total physical inventory value.Thanks in advance

There is already a display method for what you want:

Data dictionary > Tables > InventTable > Methods > totalAvailPhysical
