Left hand navigation area not showing

This can be something simple that I'm not used to but is there a reason for the left hand navigation area not to be displayed?

For the super users it shows as it normally should but for the regular users the "burguer" symbol on the left hand doesn't show (as per displayed on the picture below).

Also thought it could have been something related to the URL being used to access the app, but that wasn't the cause neither.

    Hello GCMaia,

    As you can see in the warning message, the issue is that the record is opened outside of the context of an app (hence the action button "Choose an app").
    As the app contains the sitemap (navigation menu), it is critical that your users have access to at least one model-driven app to correctly access Dynamics 365.

    Thanks Henry, that was exactly the problem. I wasn't expecting as the users were able to see/use the app. Thanks again :)
