Hi All,

I configured LCS Project with a VSTS and deployed the Sandbox Develop and Test environment , but the status is queued for 24 hours, how I can I trouble shoot the issue, as I read before it needs around 12 hours for its readiness.

Thank you,

    Hi,

Speaking to MS the SLA for a deployment is not 12 hours or 24 hours as mentioned in some places, but 48 hours.

This is backed up by documentatin here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/fin-and-ops/imp-lifecycle/prepare-go-live

Maybe that SLA varies by tier/environment type (I can't find any information to say either way); but the advice we've been given is to wait 48 hours before becoming concerned.

Comment: "If development environment is Queued, you can create a service request of type Other on LCS and ask why it is pending."

So currently it looks like you need to reach out to MS to get this resolved.

You can raise a service request via the Service Requests link at the top of the Environments section of the project overview page.  Once here click Add, Other Request.  I had an issue here in that the environment I was refreshing wasn't listed in my environments drop down; so I couldn't raise a request for the relevant environment.

However, going to the Service Requests section you'll see you request with Service Request Type: New Deployment.  By clicking on this request's ID/link you can add comments to the existing request; this is the route I took... I'll let you know if this works...
