Close case when all action requests are closed

Hi,

I am thinking this is an easy answer but can't seem to think how to do it.

I have a custom case entity which has several related 'action requests (activity entity)' for staff to complete. Upon completing the action requests I would like to create a workflow that automatically closes the case record.

I can't think how to create the workflow to check: if action request status is updated to closed and all other action requests for this case are also closed then close the case.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Why don't you mark your solution as an answer? That's a good workaround

    Thanks for your response. I actually managed to do this using a rollup field to count the number of closed activities, then set a business rule which sets another hidden field to 'close' if the rollup field reaches 0. Then a workflow that monitors for the word 'close' in the hidden field, and then closes the case.

    You cannot achieve this by using workflow, you need a plugin or custom workflow to cover this requirement
