ADFS would refresh the login page after correct authentication

Hi,

I could not get the adfs to redirect to CRM. The authentication was happening I could tell from the DC security event log, but the adfs would refresh the login page after correct authentication, only internal  Windows authentication would work correctly.

Any ideas ? Thank you

    Hello Khaled,

    Verify whether the External Relying Party Trust is created properly and has the correct endpoints/identifiers. Check for the ADFS Log for any Warnings/errors.

    And did it work before, any changes to the configuration or the Certificates.

    There is no error or warning, just the ADFS refresh the login page.

    In fact, the url of the ADFS should not have - or _

    After changing the URL from auth_test.domain.com to authtest.domain.com, it work perfectly.

    I think the issue come from URL Rewrite Module.

    Ahh...Yes. That explains.

    The external domain must not contain an underscore character (“_”).
