contact scoring

Hi everyone,

I need help understanding if it's possible to do contact scoring. Unfortunately, from what I understand, there is only lead scoring available. My contacts do not have any associated leads; there are only contacts directly.

Can you help me with this?

    Currently, there is no way to do contact scoring.
    The official documentation also mentions that there is currently only a scoring model based on lead entities:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/real-time-marketing-create-lead-scoring-model


    I've tried various methods as well, but contact scoring is really not possible at this time. Currently the entity of the scoring model can only be based on lead.

    From my personal understanding, there is a reason for this, as contacts are developed from leads, so leads have scoring models that are sufficient for now.
