Hi all,
I have a problem when config CRM 2016 On Premise with Office 365 via Email Router.
My scenario are :
1. Dynamic CRM use local AD domain : DomainLocal.com.
2. I have binding CRM run https (port 443) with SSL domain : PublicDomain.com, host address : crm.PublicDomain.com. I have config DNS to local crm server, update protocol to https in Deployment Manager.
3. Every work fine with user login in out site local host with https://crm.PublicDomain.com.
4. Problem when i login user in local host with address https://crm.PublicDomain.com and https://localhost, i trace Dynamic CRM exception is : The Security Support Provider Interface (SSPI) negotiation failed
but when login on another machine in LAN it work fine.
5. And when i config Email Router in localhost, it sample, Email Router can't login with user config in deployment (user is System Admin role). If i install Email Router on another machine, it work fine.
If i remove https, rebinding with http, it work fine in localhost & another machine.
What is wrong?
P/S : and plus question, Have Email Router support Synchronize appointments, contacts, and tasks from Office 365?
