Our organization has a problem when selecting an email template from the email form; "An error has occurred. Please return to the home page and try again". The error occurs after clicking "Add" when selecting the template (or an article). The problem does not occur when selecting items in other popup windows in the same form.

There are no scripts and no business rules. And the error occurs in IE, Chrome and Edge.

Yesterday I was able to trace back an error with F12: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property touchstart of undefined". Can't find any articles or postings related to this.

I hope somebody has a solution...

I added a new main form for emails and from that moment everything worked again as before. Also the old email form. Puzzled, but happy now.
