Create New Identity D365FO Commerce

Hi All,

I downloaded Modern POS and Modren POS setup Xml file. then I installed modern POS created a worker there is no existing identity so I created a new identity when creating new identity blow error message is displaying. I'm using the virtual machine downloaded from LCS.

    If this is your DEV VM and you have AX deployed there then please have a look into Event Viewer, you should be able to create a filter to see warnings/errors for the sources under Microsoft->Dynamics, one of them should bring more light on why the issue took place.

    as I remember I had the same issue.I added the record manually and it worked.

    It's Working Now

    To Activate the POS we need Organization account or student account so I created a new user in AAD

    provided the Admin Provisioning

    Added the user in the tenant using the retail Tenant Update tool

    then I followed the steps mentioned in the link.

    POS Activated successfully.
