Field Service app for MS CRM

Hi people,

I am working on field service mobile app for dynamics 365 ms crm. But its not working properly and asking the resco mobile woodford solution. I imported the same but still facing problem in "bookings" feature. I want to know why Microsoft requires the resco solution. I mean why do they not configure their app instead of asking installation of some solution from third party.

    Hi Tharun Sai,

    Microsoft's field service App has a bug with the booking feature. I had earlier raised a ticket with Microsoft. Their executive accepted it as a product bug and promised that it would be fixed in future update. I were also recommended to import resco solution, which is paid as well. You can refer the post below for temporary solution:

    Hi!

    I had a similar issue a couple of days ago. Try going to your admin center for Dynamics 365 and make sure Field Service Solution is up to date. Once the update was applied, the system stopped asking me to install the wooford solution.
