Our friend Richard Whaley is in poor health. In fact, he is in hospice care right now. Richard didn’t want anyone to know how poor his health was, because he didn’t want any of us to worry. Well, it’s time to worry – and to pray.
Beyond that, it’s time to let Richard know how much he’s helped you, and meant to you, if he has. It could have been through his books, or webinars, or forum responses, or just stopping by during one of the conferences for a chat, it made a difference. I don’t think he realizes just how much of a difference he’s made to this community.
So, let’s fill his mailbox at rwhaley@accoladepublications.com or Richard.Whaley@IntegratedBusinessGroup.com. Trend on twitter with #ProfessorWhaley, or however you can get the message to Richard that he has been a giant amongst us Dynamics GP folks. We forgive him for ever supporting Macola – we all make mistakes (Smile).
I’ll be flying to Orlando tomorrow from Dallas to see Richard. I hope by the time I see him, his mailbox will be full!

Just sent an e-card, hoping he gets a second wind and comes back to play with us some more. Who else but Richard to guide us thru the R2 features. He's always got them lined up and has been playing with the latest and greatest toys. Saying a prayer for him.
I don't believe there is a person on earth who knows more about GP (and especially GP Manufacturing) than Richard Whaley. We're praying for you my friend! I want to see you at GPUG Summit in St. Louis!
Richard is a giant among giants when it comes to the GP community. His relentless support of those GP users in need of information was second to none. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family along with an email to his inbox. God speed, Richard!

“Oh my goodness” I really worry about Richard L. Whaley's illness.
Obviously, it’s a time to pray for him. He was helped us much more. Let's pray for him to get back soon from his illness. We are waiting to see more post from Mr.Richard L. Whaley soon.
