How to change the company address format in the Purchase order report?

Hi All,

Right now, when i run the Purchase-Order(1322) report, the company information is coming out to be in format : Zip Code+ City + State.

I need to changes this format to : City+State+Zip Code.

Can someone please explain in detail how can i achieve this?

Please HELP!

    This is usually driven by the address format set up in your list of counties; so check the country setup in Company Information and set it up accordingly in "Countries".

    I tested this with Purchase Order report 405 and it worked; not sure if there is additional address formatting on 1322.

    Hi,

    Its resolved, seems like the format for company address is setup on General Ledger Setup.
