
We have several of our finance departments using D365 in a number of countries. As part of our BAU and Continuous improvement, we are reviewing how we keep training up to date. I would love to hear how people are providing training to end users (new and existing).

What does the BAU mean? Which specific product are you using?
In general, the training is implementer duty. When the product is on line, the training is intercompany duty, but you can also ask your partner for help.
