Hello,
I am hoping someone could provide their assistance with the following error. Many of my colleagues are receiving this error when trying to export a table or form from NAV to Excel.Screenshot-2022_2D00_09_2D00_15-135345.png
We are operating Dynamics NAV 2009 on Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines.
I can confirm the error message appears on both Windows operating systems (W-10 & W-11)

Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,

Hi, NAV 2019 has been end of life. If you cannot integrate with the latest OS or Office, please upgrade NAV to BC.

    Hi,

I am not sure now you will have much support for 2009, but can you check if you already installed MS office, and try to re-install the NAV 2009

    Thanks.

Looks like you excel license isn't registered. Is a local or a terminal server mode?
