Set Personal Options button disable in Outlook client

In Outlook client, I am facing problem setting the options on 1 computer. The install and configuration happens successfully and no error are reported in logs.

However, the CRM -> Options and Synchronize buttons are disabled. 

I have tried following -

> Reconfigure Outlook Client

> Re-install after a complete cleanup including the registry keys.

> Add CRM site URL to the Trusted Sites in IE

> Verified if the firewall on client machine is blocking access to CRM server by stopping Firewall Service

> Verifying user profile

WIthout any luck.

Next, I enabled the trace. And attached is the log file.

Please sugest.

    Facing exactly the same problem. It is a problem with only one user. Other users can work with outlook client even on the same machine (we tested this scenario to confirm if the issue is with particular machine).

    Any suggestions?

    I have a similar problem with CRM 2015 add-in. The Set Personal Options button is disabled for a mailbox. It is not a Windows user, only an Exchange mailbox and I am trying to configure the CRM add-in for it in Outlook.
