Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Microsoft Dynamics GP "Revocation Information for the security certifcate for this site is not available. Do you want to Proceed" error.

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

In the last 2 weeks, I have had Users complain about an issue when logging into GP2010 application.  The message is as follows -

"Revocation Information for the security certifcate for this site is not available. Do you want to Proceed?"

Even if the User accepts revocation by selecting "Yes" to the prompt, the system brings up this window everytime the User logs into GP2010.

Can some one help me address this annoying error that has recently poped up.

Thanks,

Jay

I would love to stop by and say Hello to you Rechard, but unfortunately I will not be there next week. :(

Yes, I do see the connect panel on the home page, but I did not see the customize this page tab.

Can you please provide me more detailed steps?

    Thank you in advance again.

BTW Jay, if you are in Atlanta next week at Convergence, stop by our booth and say hello.  #1642 if I remember correctly.

Do you have any third party components?

GP does check for an internet connection if you have the Connect panel displayed in the Home page.  Go to Customize this page and Uncheck that option for the users affected.
