I tried to encode my string in Html tag but it's not worked. Please help !!

log += "<table meta charset='utf-8' align='center' width='80%' height='300' border='1'><tr><td>a ? ? á</td></tr></table>";

If the problem is the encoding of the string, a meta tag inside the string can't change that. Please check which part is wrong, so you know what you should fix.

Which technique are you using to compose and send your e-mails?

I am using SysMailer. Is there anyway to change the Encode type in SysMailer ?

Try mailer.bodyCharSet(). (I don't have any AX 2012 on hand so I can't check what the method exactly does.)

Note I still think you should check whether you have a problem with encoding, charset or what, otherwise you may be trying to fix a wrong thing.
