Hello,
There are many missing customer address fields when create new customer on POS.

Can you check the address setup for the country in organization administration ? Are you able to see this fields when you create the customer from AX client.

What is the address format in AX HQ?
Go to USMF/Organization administration/Setup/Addresses/Address Setup. Check which address format is active for the KWT country. Try activating different fields and push the data.
