Document Upload Page pop-up is not showing while i am trying to attach new file in Customer Attachments in D365 F&O

Thank You all, Issue got resolved

Found a extension class for DocuAction class which returns the Null values to the NewArgs Method.

All the Setups related to Document Handling are done and also enabled the tables for Document attachments but still i am facing the issue.

So, its confirmed, here is the issue. I have debugged again 'action' should not be null. In your case, since its null so goes to (!action) then return condition and end the process.

Now you can add breakpoint in newArgs method in same class and check where is is failing. 'createdDocuAction' will be null in your case so check why is not getting the values.

I think you need to enable document handling for this table. Can you check the same in system administration or in that parameters form, you have to enable that. You will create a new record adding that particular table and enable that. For example for vendors we will add the vendtable handling from UI.

Please try adding breakpoint on main method of DocuAction class. Expectatation is not that dialog will be opened after debugging but it is to find the root cause of why its not opening. I suspect some condition in the standard code is failing.

The Breakpoint is not triggered When I debug the Environment with a Breakpoint on init method of DocumentUpload form and also the DocumentUpload Form is not opening in my Environment.

No customization's on Document management form. Also i have tried by adding the "Document handling essentials" Security privilege and facing the same issue.

This is the call stack when opening this upload dialog. Can you debug and check if its failing in any condition. Add breakpoint on init method of DocumentUpload form.

So, I am assuming that document management upload is not working in the server not only for customer attachment form.

Do you have any customization on Document management form?
