Document Upload Page pop-up is not showing while i am trying to attach new file in Customer Attachments in D365 F&O

Please give us more information about the problem.

Did it work before? Can you show us a screenshot of the setup of the document type you're using?

We are Using the File Document type with share point storage.

The Exact problem is, when we clink on New in Customer Attachments and select the File Document Type the Document Upload Pop Up window is not showing to select the file path to upload. Below is the Document Pop-Up window from another environment.

Hi, Is this issue replicable with System Administrator role as well? If user role is other than system Administrator then try adding security privilege 'Document handling essentials' to that role.

Does it work in some other forms?

Check whether the upload button is showing in some other forms.

Do you have any security role assigned other than System Administrator role?

Hi Girish,

Facing the same issue with the Vendor attachments also. And only System Administrator role is assigned to my user.

So, I am assuming that document management upload is not working in the server not only for customer attachment form.

Do you have any customization on Document management form?
