How do I turn on the dunning letters? We currently already have the collections letters 1,2,3 set up. We can create, post and view the collections letters. How do we get the system to send the collections letters?

Hello,

Good question, it’s not always obvious. Open the form Review and process collection letters.
There you’ll see the overview of generated collection letters.

Select the Print option, then adjust the criteria/filters to include only the letters you want to re-send.
If email is set up in Print Management, the system will handle the email sending.
