Quick(hopefully) question. In our CRM, we want to be able to send the purchase orders to multiple people. Right now it is being sent to one person(Vendor) and the vendor wants it to be sent to 2 other people as well, I added the 2 emails under additional emails for the vendor, but they are saying they are only getting the emails from their primary address. What do I need to do to change this?

The Vendor is one Account/Contact/Lead record in the CRM?
OOB the account/contact/lead record allows 3 email address to be stored directly:
By default, CRM will send E-mail to “Primary Email Address(emailaddress1)” for Accounts, Contacts and Leads.
You can refer following link to send the E-mail to “Secondary Email Address” (or) “Third Email Address” through some customizations and Plug-in.
SEND EMAIL TO SECONDARY EMAIL ADDRESS (adyatantech.com)
Or you can easily achieve your requirement with Power automate:

Yeah, this is a bit too messy regardless. I'll just contact the vendor and ask them to simply set forwards to their other emails from their primary when received. Thanks.
