Hi,
Before switching to dynamics 365, we used to work with Salesforce and for the lead generation, we used the web to lead forms. I want to know that in dynamics, how can we connect our website's form to dynamic 365 in a way that leads are captured in the CRM platform? What are the options we have? Based on my search, I found out we have two options:
1- using Microsoft form and embed that in our website and then using flows connect it to the dynamics.
2- Using Marketing forms, which act as a web to lead form in Salesforce. The problem is we don't have the marketing adds-on in our system and we only have the sales hub.
Can you explain more?
Best,
Nya Hi,
Thanks for your answer. However, I have heard we can create forms and embed that on our website and using the flows connect that form to the sales hub CRM. By doing so, leads are connected to the CRM. Do you have any information regarding that?
Hi,
Unfortunately, it cannot be achieved by Sales Hub.
Nya Hi,
Thanks for your reply. But it seems that it requires a marketing hub. We only have the sales hub on our platform. Is there a way to achieve that feature with the sales hub?
Best,
Hi,
You can try to use the Capture Form in Dynamics Marketing to track the submissions from external forms.
Here is the documentation about it.
