Chart Maps in CRM 2016 on Prem

Is anyone familiar with the Chart Map 2.2 setup in CRM 2016? We had this working, but it has stopped. i.e. the map is displayed but without any records being shown. I know Bing Maps reached end of life so I got a new Bing Map Key and installed it. Still nothing.

I have been running Chart Maps 3.0.8.0 on CRM 2011 thru current CRM 2016 (on-premise) for a couple years with no issue. I did notice I am running into some mapping inconsistencies, such as an address appearing in the wrong state. I am still investigating that.

Have you tried to update with Microsoft patches as Microsoft provides here.

Where did you download Chart Maps 3.0.8.0? All I can find is 2.2.1

It is probably the same place you got yours. In the top tab, click on Downloads, and to the right you will see different versions. Here is the direct link. ChartMaps

I found 3.0.8. Now rendering a color map, still no data. I'll try the updates next. Thanks again.

I have updated to 3.0.8 and it still doesn't work. I'm totally baffeled. The map renders on the screen but there is no data displayed. I've triple checked that I'm mapping the correct fields, and have the correct key loaded. Any other ideas?

Not sure how you configured your mapping configuration. Below are a couple screen shots. First one in using OTB fields. Second "Address" section is using custom fields. Note, custom fields you have to define slightly different.

Yep, it came through. I've got mine set exactly like yours with one exception. We use a custom field for state.... new_stateorprovince, and I've made sure to identify that as my state field. Still nothing. So aggravating, cause I know it has to be something so simple. :)
