Hi All
I am using Integration manager to import some sales orders into GP.
I can successfully import the Sales comments.
But I am having problems with the SOP Line comments and they are not importing, I have included the mapping in the Line Item Detail section in the Integration, tried mapping both the Line Item Comment ID and the Line Item Comment and just the Line Item Comment ID.
I have set my source to be the lines document for the items.
I also have the comments already created with GP.
I get no errors when I integrate the documents so I am unsure as to why the Line comments are not being added.

Great! Glad it worked.
Yes, updating the Items Details to use the record source as "Use Field Rules" fixed the problem, thanks Michael.

I don't have the "Use Field Rules" selected and I am using
Integration Manager: 10.00.0836
GP: 10.00.0774

Hi Charles,
Can you click on the "Options" tab for the Item Details and verify that "Use Field Rules" option is selected Also, can you tell me what version of GP and Integration Manager you're using?
