Edit "Unscheduled Work Order View" on Field Service Dashboard

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to update "Unscheduled Work Order View" on Field Service Dashboard. I searched on how to do it, found below link, and many similar to this:

But I'm not able to see this option in our CRM instance (latest version). I think they redesigned the "Tab Settings" page. It is looking like this

Any idea on how to update the view?? I updated the OOB Unscheduled Work Orders view in the Customizations, but it didn't update the view on the Schedule board??

    Hi,

    I understand that you would like to add fields to "Unscheduled Work Order" - tab at the bottom of the screen?

    If so, you need to do the following:

    Go to the entity: "Ressource Requirement"

    Find the view: "Unscheduled Work Order Requirements"

    This will add your fields to the view. If you are adding field from related entities you will experience problems with filtering on that tab. Please add some new field in the entity "Ressource Requirements" and work flows that fill out these field with the proper values.

    Ie. I have added "Service Territory".
