Hi ,
I created new Ax users and they have access for Management reporter . Like they have accounting manager roles .
But in MR reporter user list , they are not included in user list and they cannot access MR reporter .No connection issue , no access issue , no license issue for MR reporter .
Please advise .
In my opinion for Ax 2012, we need to separately add user with "Designer" and"View" role in management reporter tool specifically.
So, please try adding them.

Also check below privileges in AX2012.
Once you have setup the security in AX, it can take up to 5 minutes for the users to show up in Management Reporter. The synchronization of the users is part of the AX 2012 Companies to company task that is executed by Management Reporter every 5 minutes.
You can check if this task has run in the Management Reporter 2012 Configuration Console.
Go To Logs > Data mart integration and search the log for AX 2012 Companies to company. If it has executed successfully, the users should show up in Management Reporter.

Problem is related to AX2012 . I've restarted MR services .

Is your question already answered or not? Do you have the correct license in Management reporter? Did you also check if the integration services is running correctly? Can you find errors in the integration log?

I still cannot find answer.We have correct license and still not expired . Got one message in log
"Integration source <server ip > with discriminator :2712 not found " .

can you check your MR setup with the Microsoft MR setup and configuration guides to ensure that no important setup is missing.
if all setups are made in line with the configuration guides then I would suggest to contact the MS support team.

Thanks Ludwig ,We already used MR reporter for four years and it is only happened for recently added new Ax users even though they have privileges , MR reporter is not expired .
Can you advise if Datamart for MR reporter is reset , it can work?
