Hi everybody,
One of my colleagues is having problems with the Dynamics for Outlook App. Syncing emails from Outlook to Dynamics 365 poses no problem but syncing appointments from his calendar only works once. The app then shows that Track and Set Regarding is currently disabled and he has to restart Outlook for it to work again.
I added his mailbox details so that maybe you can help me with the problem. I have tried a lot of stuff (including this: https://stoneridgesoftware.com/how-to-fix-tracking-failed-error-in-the-dynamics-365-crm-outlook-app/) but it didnt work.
