when I cancel the remaining quentity from a line of a sales order Dynamics sends the following error: "The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions."

I have the same question (0)

    Hi omar091191,

Do you have related warehouse / inventory processes related to the items included in your sales order? Please check the references and related transactions.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Please check if any Pick or registration transactions are posted. Please cancel first or delete the output orders under Inventory transactions.
