    Hi Deanne!

There could be many reasons for this one however we will need a little more information. Typically there is a table listed with this error and *usually* a little more text after the table name (failed accessing SQL Data).

without knowing the rest would be kind of hard to tell. If it only happened once though it's highly likely that it was just a stuck temp record.

Thank you very much for your time and have a great day!

    still need help!

End user is getting error message:

'A remove range operation on table 'syContentPageXMLCache' cannot find the table.'  Then the next window says:  'FP: Couldn't close table!'

End user is the only one that seems to be having this issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Deanne -

The most likely cause and easiest to remedy cause of this problem is power management setting, which will put a machine to sleep, disconnecting the network connection.  Have the IT team make sure the machine's NIC does not go to sleep due to inactivity.  I actually have seen this cause a serious issue when a machine performing a software update on GP went to sleep.

If it is not the Power Management settings on the machine, it may well be the NIC driver or hardware, in some cases network equipment and settings and in rare cases it may even be a network cord.  Something as simple as a cable being kinked during a furniture move.

We changed the power setting on the individual's laptop - she has not experienced any problems since.
