Can anyone help me in finding a way to download the files to install Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016?

I am looking to download the actually files to do an initial install of Dynamics NAV 2016. I am reading through this book to do a fresh install and it is talking about an installation disk but my company does not have the disk... So I was wondering if it was somewhere out there on the internet.
The file which you download from the link provided earlier, is going to be your installation disk.
Microsoft stopped providing installation disk
I do not see the link that allows me to download the "disk"
