How to make Customer name from DirPartyTable as Hyperlink

I have a lookup with AccountNum from custtable as one column and name from DirPartyTable as other column. When user selects any value from the lookup, the name should be displayed on the control. This name should be a hyperlink. When user clicks on the hyperlink, the respective customer account should be displayed. PLease help me to achieve this. Thanks!

Hi Hakim, thanks for the response. But my concern here is can we navigate to customer account page using name instead of accountnum ?
