Error in updating Nav export to excel

Hello.

We are running Nav 2018 using Microsoft Dynamics NAV add-in in Excel to pull out data.

We have a problem with the Name of the company, have been changed in NAV from "Not real Company Name A/S" To "Not real Company Name AS"

This means that all of our Excel sheets, with a link to NAV through Microsoft Dynamics NAV add-in, now comes with an error saying "Company does not exist".

Is there a way to alter the connection from Excel to Nav in the add-in, and change the path name to AS instead of A/S. And establish the connection again?

Hello,

Are you using the Edit in Excel option or are you using Open in Excel export functionality with or without the classic Excel Add-In).

I assume you need to redo the export of the Excel sheets instead of using the old ones with the old company name.

I'm not sure what you mean.

Im on Office 365. But i cant fint a place in File > Options where the old company name is typed in.

Try to put Company Name in Tools > Options
