I have tried by adding "abc@gmail.com" in To Recipient field but it is not getting set.

Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Ankita,

To Recipients field is actually a string data type from Email entity definition,

it'll store text value of recipient mailbox once the real "To" field is set with a contact or account record.

We couldn't create an email activity record in normal CDS conector, because "From" and "To" field are missing, that's limitation of the normal.

You should instead use "Common Data Service (Current)" connector, which is available only when a flow is created from within the context of a solution.

    Hi Clofy,

I tried the "Common Data Service (Current)" to set the "abc@gmail.com" in "To" field but it is not getting set.

Have you tried to set the email address like "abc@gmail.com" in "To" or "From" field?

    Thanks!

    Hi Ankita,

We couldn't populate these fields with text value of email address,

as what we can see in screenshots from tutorial of inogic.com,

both "To" and "From" are reference data type instead of simple text field.(they are linked to an entity record.)

    Regards,

    Clofly
