Report font missing when exporting to PDF

We have created a SSRS report and the font used in that report is our own generated font i.e. "Qatar" font.

When we are exporting report to PDF, the PDF file don't contains our font. It's replaced by "Calibri" font. We want to have out own font in PDF too. The report has our own font.

How can we get the same font in PDF file too.

Hi Waheed,

I had this same problem and it was a nightmare. I was trying to get a variety of DinPro font and it seemed like every change broke something else.

I'm not positive, but I believe that when you're viewing a report in the browser before you export it, that will render based on the font being installed on your machine. The font when you export it to a PDF will rely on the font being installed on the reporting services server. Make sure the font is installed on that box and give it a go.
