Dear All,

How much does it cost to use RMS for companies having 2 - 3 computer being used for retail.

Since I am MCT I got the training for the product but not sure from where should I buy the Software from?.

Please note that I live in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

    Well, if your outlets also have al least 1 POS and they are on separate locations, you will need at least 5 RMS SO POS licenses and 4 RMS HQ Client licenses (asuming that your 2 machines on the reception are in the same location/store). If the outlets are on the same place, then you need only the 5 RMS SO POS licenses... And if the outlets do not sell directly to the customers, you don't need licenses at all...

    Many Thanks for your reply,  the company has 2 Machines on the reception for POS and 3 outlets .  

    Do you have any recommendations for specific distributors?

    Hi Genie3K,

    You can buy the software only from a certified RMS partner, any Partner worldwide. The prices can vary a little bit, but I really think the price is the same worldwide, more or less.

    If You need an arabic translation of the software, you'll need to talk to a local partner. Also for any specific localizations... I wanted to recommend a local partner, but since you are trained in RMS, you may not need a local support...

    When you say 2 to 3 computers, you mean 2 to 3 POS machines?? Also, this 3 machines are on same location or you have more locations (stores)?? In RMS, only the RMS POS license is purchesed (for single stores) or RMS POS and RMS HQ Client for chain stores.
