PO bypasses approval when released order is edited

Hi guys,

in BC, I have a purchase order, which follows the workflow rules, however if the Purchase Order is released, the price can be edited and that purchase Order does not go through the approval Process, any Idea how I can make it go through the Approval Process?

In standard system it is not possible to change Direct Unit Cost field if the PO is in status Released. You will get an error, that is has to be in Status=Open.
Are You changing the price in different field? is it customization and added specifically to You? then You need to ask developer who created this field, to add the Validation for this field - that it cannot be changed if PO status is released.
