White Labeling emails in Dynamics 365

Is there a way to send out white labeling emails from Dynamics 365 (CRM) to external users for some marketing emails or campaigns.

Example: I would like to send out campaign or any marketing emails to particular contacts, but FROM should not be in my name, but should display xxx@yyycomany.com in FROM to recipients in their mailbox, where xxx@yyycomany.com user does not exist in CRM.  And when recipients respond back, should come back to CRM.

Make a Queue with the email address you want to use, and approve it for your email integration with Exchange.  Then, when you make marketing campaigns, make sure the "From" is that email queue and that your user has permission to send as someone else.

That should be all you need to do to have that all come from the whitelist email and have responding emails come back to CRM for tracking.

Is it possible even when CRM don't have access to xxx@yyycompany.com mailbox and yyycompany.com domain? as we are in owncompany.com domain.

Only if your Exchange server has permission to send on behalf of yyycompany.com.  You can't send on behalf of arbitrary third parties from CRM, as CRM doesn't actually do any mail itself.  It isn't a marketing too, per se.  It's a sales tool.

If that is a major requirement, you might want to look at the ClickDimensions add-on for CRM.

    Dear Wayne!

We have an email address: "sale1@X.com" with username and pass (it is form X.com office 365 org)

Our Email in comany is Sale@Y.com and this email is form our organization and I can send email by my crm 365 on-premise by this email. (I have configured this email as convencional email (Server-Side) for CRM)

Is there any possiblity that I create a queque and define sale1@X.com as email for this queque and send to my contact form this queque?

PD: We are a company who give support to client of the other companies and we have to send confirmation emails form their email address (we work as white brand).

As above, not without access to your client's x.com Exchange information.  Remember, Dynamics doesn't send email itself, it only asks Exchange to send mail on its behalf.  So if your Exchange server can't send mail on behalf of sale1@x.com, then your CRM can't.

Making a queue with an email address of sale1@x.com without also making sure your Exchange server can send from that email address is not going to do anything.  Server Sync will just complain that it can't send on behalf of that address.

    When you say client´s x.com Exchange information, you mean the URL/Username/Password (for example sale1@x.com: https://smtp.outlook.com / sale1@X.com /"password" )?

If so, We have this information and I can create other Email Server Profile for X.com org .

But I am seeing that it allows just incoming mail and I can not send email by it.

I am asking if in my case:

I have 2 Email Server Profile (One of them is my org and the other is other org) an I configure a queque that this queque send email by x.com email address?

    Thanks

you should be able to send by the second mail server profile, you will just have to explicitly make sure the queue's mailbox is pointed at the server profile for X.com.
