RMA defualt office id

I'm trying to find the setting that sets the default office ID in RMA Entry/Update. I've checked the RMA Type, Returns setup in the field service module, but I can't seem to find it. Currently our RMA keeps defaulting to a specific office id that shouldn't populate.

I want to change it, but I can't identify where the default for the office id pulling from.

Thanks for helping out. I was going crazy trying to find this. Looks like this is one of those feature that if you don't know where it is you just can't find it.

In GP 2018, it is in the Customer Extensions. You can get there by opening the Customer Maintenance window, click on the Address ID link to open the Customer Address Maintenance window, then select Additional from the ribbon and choose Service Extensions. This will open the Customer Extensions window where you can change the default Office ID.

That's not the window that I was referring to. I wanted to know where the office id was defaulting from in the RMA Entry/Update window.

Please first check the Equipment Maintenance window. It appears that the Office ID on the Service Call Entry window is defaulted from the Equipment Maintenance window.
