How to cancel or reverse the work which in process in warehouse management for sales order?

Unable cancel the work when work status is In process and the work status at the line level is closed in warehouse management for Sales order (Shipment status -In Process). When try to reverse work from loads getting “You cannot cancel work that is on a user” error.

    Hi,
     
    To cancel any work that is not being cancelled or reversed by any other means, use the following process:

    go to Warehouse management -> Periodic tasks -> Clean up -> Cancel work.

    Fasih is right, you can cancel work using the Cancel work function.  You will end up with the inventory on a User location so you will need to move it from there using a Worker that is enabled to Allow adjusting inventory on Use Location:
    Alternatively, you can complete the `Put` work so that the inventory is no longer on the User and move it from there (if in Staging location) or use the Reduce Picked Quantity on the Load line (in on Shipping location).
