we are on Dynamics 365 for finance and Operation , we have setup and are using WMS ,
we are trying to register one PO from the device, but we are getting the below
" Transaction is financially closed and may not be split. You may not split more than what is financially open. "
note that we ran an inventory closing as of 31/08/2019 and this PO is from before that date, noting as well that we are trying to receive it AFTER the inventory closing date.
note that if i do it from the back office , i don't have any issues , my issue is when i do the registration from the device
i found online that I should add a new line for the remaining item and cancel the remainder quantity , is this my only option?
does anyone know why this is happening?
