Good morning,

I'd like to find out if using the Trx Dimension relations available in AA can help limit the pick list items in the dynamics GP UI. For example, on a General Entry - if Trx Dim 1 is a valid subset of Trx Dim 2 - then when selecting a code for Trx Dim 2, can the subset relation drive the options available for Trx Dim 1 codes (limiting it to those available in the subset). From what I've found the full population of codes for Trx Dim 1 become available to choose - but when one is chose outside of the subset the user is notified the combination is invalid. Would be much better to just limit the population to the valid subset - is this possible?

check "Show valid code combinations in trns and budgets"
