"Systemuser with ID does not exist" Error Only in Production environment

I have developed an SSIS ETL that Updates the owner of contacts based on certain informations using Kingsway Tool, each time i provide the OwnerID and the OwnerType.

In Development and UAT environment every thing works just fine, but in the Production environment i get the error "Systemuser with ID  XXXXXX does not exist" . In fact the Guid  XXXXXXX in each error line refers to a certain TeamID. I checked the ETL to many times and it looks fine to me, and it worked fine in DEV and UAT environment with a big amount of data.

What could be the problem ?

    Make sure that you choose owner type "Team" when inserting data.

    If you say the ID refers to a Team but the errors says "systemuser..", you're definitely setting the wrong ownertype for mentioned records

    Hi Kabarousse,

    It seems like your given ownertype doesn't match the type of of the ownerid you are giving. Check how you derive ownerid and ownertype. Maybe you are looking at different environment for getting the owner instead of getting the owner at the environment which the actual contact record resides.
