How do stop the automatic tracking of email to CRM ? The current Email tracking setting for user is :
But still the emails are automatically tracked to the contact records.
What I want is is track email manually using the Dynamics 365 App from outlook, when its required and ignore all other email conversation between users (both incoming and outgoing)
I tried all tracking option and I an not able to disable this automatic tracking.
Where can I find the system settings? please... Is this in outlook or in CRM? Thank you.

No it was set to server side synchronisation for both incoming and outgoing. I have now updated it to following values. Hope this works.
