SSRS Print Preview not working

Hi all,

We are getting instances where when running a report to screen, print preview is just showing blank. When I set destination to printer report prints fine. Why is this??? It is causing confusion among our users who obviously want to be able to preview before they print a report...

did you try to restart the reporting server?.

Hi Jhowe,

Do you have two SSRS reporting servers in your environments?

If yes, please configure both SSRS reporting server.

Our SSRS server gets restarted pretty regularly... I think it must be something else... We just have one SSRS server.

Try this - Print destination settings - Properties - Check "override default settings"
