Hello Experts,
I created a free trial for D365 sales, its been quite long since I worked on it actually.
I don't find customizations area which leads to entities and all. Also, most of the options such as processes and all are missing.
have I missed anything?

I actually don't understand still what was the problem
But after a day when I reopened again it was showing me those customizations option
Yes lu, I clicked on advance settings, earlier it wasn't showing but now it's showing
